Our History
The Springdale Public School Pre-K program began in 2004 with 150 students.
We utilize grants from the Arkansas Better Chance for School Success, CARE Endeavor Foundation, and Child Care Development Funds. We also offer 100% Parent Pay slots if you do not qualify for our grant program.
We currently serve 1000 students at 19 locations. All sites are quality approved through Arkansas’s Better Beginnings. Each classroom has twenty (20) students enrolled and is instructed by a state licensed teacher and a paraprofessional that has their Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or sixty (60) hours of college courses. Daily Activities are planned according to Arkansas Child Development Early Learning Standards, the adopted curriculum, D.I.G. (Develop. Inspire. Grow), Common Core Units and various other sources of activity ideas.
